Shipping

At A Simple Favour, we do our best to package your order in the best way possible to ensure it arrives safe and sound. Some items are not recommended for shipping and we will contact you if one of the items selected falls into this category.

We use a range of different couriers based on the weight and size of your parcel/s and location. We aim to find the fastest, most reliable service available to have your order delivered to you. All shipment services are ATL (Authority to leave) this means the courier will leave your parcel in a safe location if the premises is unattended. If no safe location is available the courier will re attempt delivery within 24-48hrs or in the case of Australia post take the parcel to the nearest post office. A tracking number is provided for all shipments.

A Simple Favour is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the parcel is shipped, further events are out of our control. We are also not liable for delays in shipping, please ensure you have provided ample time for production & shipping at time of order. Shipments do not include Transit Warranty. By selecting shipping as the preferred delivery option you (the customer) assumes the risks associated. 
 
If you require insurance (transit warranty) on your order, we can arrange this upon request at an additional cost NOTE Glassware is not covered by any shipping services.

Returns

Please choose carefully as all items are made to order. Due to the personalised nature of Bomboniere & Custom Gifts unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Delivery options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs. When you check out you will see 3 options, here is some additional information about our delivery options.

Local pick up is of course free, for security reasons address will be provided once the order is ready for pick up.

Shipping is an Australia Wide Courier Service option where a tracking number is provided. This option usually takes 5-12 days* for delivery depending on location, it is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Express Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. It is recommended when you cannot pick up locally and require your order within 2-3 weeks, express orders usually take 2 days to arrive once shipped. A Simple Favour is not liable for delays in shipping.

Hand Delivery uses our Local Delivery Service Provider. This is the most reliable and fastest delivery option. It covers a 35km radius from Lidcombe 2141. This service is recommended for fragile or larger items, it is calculated at checkout and ranges in price depending on location. Delivery date and estimated time will be confirmed with customer prior to delivery. By selecting this service you are are authorising to leave unattended (ATL) meaning if location is unattended we will leave your order in a safe location. If there is no safe location to leave your order we will organise a redelivery (additional fee will apply). 

International Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your order, our service then finds the best rates and fastest options available to your destination. International Shipping from Australia takes 2-3 weeks depending on location. For all international orders please contact us. Please note A Simple Favour is not responsible for any taxes that may be added by customs at shipping destination. 

Will I receive a tracking for my order?

Yes, if your order is being shipped via courier. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive a tracking number, please ensure junk mail is checked for this tracking.
